Arena Burgas is not a hotel district. It sits among residential blocks on Stefan Stambolov Boulevard, between Izgrev and Slaveykov, with a light-industrial zone to the north. That means few hotels within walking distance — and every one of them will be in demand for the semi-finals on 11 and 13 May and the Grand Final on 15 May 2027.
Below is every place to sleep we could find within 3 km of the arena, from our own listings and from OpenStreetMap, checked in October 2026. "Straight line" is the distance as the crow flies; the walking and taxi times are routed over real streets. Taxi times are for ordinary traffic — after a show, assume you walk.
Every name links to its page on BulgariaRest. Seven of them — Avenue Deluxe, Mirage, Favorit, Milano, Cosmos, MM Boutique and Guest House Lazur — we added in October 2026 from public map data and have not yet spoken to: check that they are operating and taking May 2027 bookings before you rely on them.

Hotel Avenue and Avenue Deluxe (Transportna 53) on Transportna Boulevard are the closest hotels to the arena. Transportna is also the street line 15 uses between the airport and Stefan Stambolov, so you can arrive from the airport on one bus and walk. City Hotel Burgas (Vasil Makedonski Street) is in the same northern business zone: functional and very well placed.
The HUG Center is a hostel in Izgrev, 12 minutes' walk away — the budget choice for solo fans. Hotel Mikado is inside the Slaveykov estate itself. The walk goes round the blocks, hence 20 minutes.
Mirage and Favorit are in Zornitsa, the quiet residential district between Izgrev and Lazur. Sky Residence is an apartment building in Izgrev rather than a hotel. Good for groups who want a kitchen.

Aqua is on Demokratsia Boulevard and Prestige is on Perushtitsa Street in Lazur. From both you can take line 15 or Б11/Б12 straight up to Stefan Stambolov, and both are five to ten minutes from the beach and the Sea Garden. For most visitors, this band is the best balance of arena and seaside. Milano is also in Zornitsa. Cosmos stands next to Hotel Aqua, where Lazur meets Bratya Miladinovi.

These are effectively city-centre addresses. Guest House Lazur is on Kalofer Street in Lazur. Hotel Park is by Lake Park (Park Ezero) — which, despite what many websites say, is not where the arena is. MM Boutique is on San Stefano Boulevard, Drama and Samuil are in the residential streets west of the centre. You will take a bus or taxi to the shows; in exchange you get restaurants, the pedestrian street and the sea within a short walk.
What this list cannot tell you
- Prices. We do not quote rates for hotels that have not published them with us. Our price index shows medians only where at least three owners have published Eurovision-week prices.
- Availability. Delegations, press and crews book room blocks near the venue months ahead. Hotels that close to the arena may be partly or fully taken before the public ticket sale.
- Show-night taxis. The 2–7 minute taxi times are for an ordinary evening. With up to 15,000 people leaving at once, the realistic plan within 3 km is to walk.
